Frank leads the communications program for Child Trends, a national organization that issues comprehensive research reports, data and analyses to improve policies and programs focused on children ages birth to adulthood. In this capacity, he disseminates research information on a range of children and youth issues, including fatherhood. He also leads the organization’s work for the Office of Adolescent Health and is directing communications for the Child Trends Hispanic Institute. Frank has served as an adjunct professor of media relations for Georgetown University Graduate School of Communications.
