Jane has more than 20 years of experience helping states update their child support guidelines, including adjustments for low-income obligated parents. She has also evaluated responsible fatherhood programs in Colorado, Illinois and Massachusetts and was part of the research team that evaluated the federal Office of Child Support Enforcement Responsible Fatherhood Demonstration projects from 1998-2000. In addition to her evaluation research work, Jane teaches economics courses at Colorado Mountain College.
