Steve is the executive director of the Community Endeavors Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. The Foundation’s primary mission is to develop and promote social and health services over the lifespan of fatherhood, beginning with young men who are not yet fathers through grandfathers and adult male mentors. Steve is a coordinator of the Healthy Fathering Collaborative of Greater Cleveland, a founding board member of the Ohio Practitioners’ Network for Fathers and Families and a member of the Ohio Commission on Fatherhood. He is also a community representative for the National Children’s Study and a member of the NCS Fatherhood Writing Team.
