In addition to the Executive Report there are three additional documents that comprise the PHMP final work: the Qualitative Interview Final Report, the Healthy Relationships ~ Healthy Children curricula, and the Mayor’s Office of Community Services (MOCS), Fatherhood Initiative Program (FIP) 2009 Evaluation.
