FRPN Team
The FRPN was supported by grant #90PR0006 from the Office of Planning, Research and Evaluation, Administration for Children and Families, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The project is managed by the Center for Policy Research (CPR), an evaluation research agency in Denver, Colorado. CPR has more than 30 years of experience conducting research and evaluation projects and providing technical assistance on a variety of human services and critical social issues, particularly those affecting children and families. The project also receives support from a communications partner.
