Rachel is a Research Analyst at the Center for Policy Research (CPR) where she works on research and evaluation projects related to child support, child welfare, domestic and sexual violence, and father engagement. Her work on fatherhood includes co-authoring FRPN’s key documents including Policies and Programs Affecting Fathers: A State-by-State Report, briefs on other father policy issues, and FRPN’s monthly newsletter, The Blueprint. Rachel’s work at CPR and FRPN draws on her background conducting both quantitative and qualitative research. She has authored and co-authored multiple, peer-reviewed journal articles, reports, and presented research at both academic conferences and in applied settings. As a graduate research assistant at Temple University, she worked on a study funded by FRPN on maltreatment attributed to fathers in the child welfare system.
